Can I order from Havally over the phone?
Yes, simply call us on (03) 9783 5164 (9am to 5pm AEST Mon to Fri) and we will take your order.

 

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and payment via PayPal.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Credit card numbers are not stored in our systems in accordance with the highest of PCI-DSS standards. When purchasing from Havally your financial details are passed through to a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Because credit card information has been encrypted, it is completely invisible; even to our customer service team.

 

Do all deliveries require a signature?
Deliveries will require a signature.  If no one is available to sign when your consignment arrives, a calling card will be left and you will be able to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Retail outlet.

 

Do you deliver to international addresses?

Can I return my purchase?
Havally offers a 21 day returns policy. To return an item you simply need to contact Havally to notify us of your intention to return and we will issue you with a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number provided all requirements are met.

 

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, Havally has a 21-day returns policy.

 

Does Havally pay shipping costs for returns?
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser except in the situation where the wrong product was inadvertently sent. If a returned product is found to be faulty Havally will refund any shipping costs.

 

Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your goods we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out.

 

How long will it take to receive a refund?
We will refund your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving the return.
